Nested object still visible in nested location after moving to the bin and even after emptying the bin

Current Behavior

Under a pinned object, newly created nested items moved to the bin still stay visible in the original pinned location after moving it to the bin and after emptying the bin. Clicking on the nested item then produced a bug whose prompt doesn’t actually copy info to your clipboard.

Expected Behavior

After moving the item to the bin, it should not have appeared in the nested view.
