How to stop autopause

I want to listen to songs uninterrupted but time to time youtube automatically pauses it with the caption "video paused, continue watching/playing?" What can I do about this?

This prompt comes from YouTube’s idle activity check. For desktop browsers, install the free extension "YouTube NonStop" — it auto-confirms "continue watching" so your songs run uninterrupted. On mobile, turn off "Remind me to take a break" and disable battery saver for YouTube to reduce auto-pauses. YouTube Music Premium also removes this idle pause restriction fully.

I have the pear youtube desktop app and not on a browser or mobile, if they haven't already it would be nice to add the feature. I don't want to buy premium.
